+Of all the elements that flee the grasp of the human mind, surely, the future proves most illusive. An unknown variable in a linear equation, possessing an ever expanding, ever changing denominator. Echos and reflections from ancient skies shed the light on the paths of the present, leading to a forever coming tomorrow. A mystery, a fleeting and limitless temperament, it exceeds the bounds of language. Perhaps the words Alpha and Omega come close. Two words that go together but express one idea. Two names by which only One shall be called. Through which, the great unknown becomes neither what nor when or even how, but Who. And so, our greatest fears and what we do not know are transformed into our greatest hope because of whom we now know. The future is known by knowing He who holds it. The one who’s blood was shed for our sake. Christ in us. The presence of God. Here.
